As a member of Tri-Therapy Associates, COTI is part of
a comprehensive team of rehabilitation specialists offering
coordinated services. Therapy is provided in a variety
of settings including: |

is provided with an emphasis on safety within all the
client's possible environments and with regard for each
individual's cognitive level of functioning. |
Safe At Home  |
|
The SAFE AT HOME program identifies and addresses current
and potential problems present in the home and helps to
create a safe environment for continued independence.
Our licensed occupational therapists are health care professionals
skilled in identifying and eliminating safety risks through
recommendations of home adaptations and/or treatment of
physical and cognitive deficits. Therapists evaluate the
current status of clients on the performance of a variety
of daily life situations in their home. Family members
are encourage to attend. Recommendations are made at the
time of the evaluation. Further treatment may be indicated.
