Tara Brock, MA, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist
Tara is a graduate of Xavier University's OT program earning a BS in OTand has a post-professional Masters in OT from the University of Indianapolis. She has been working at COTI since 2002. Tara works primarily in our pediatric clinics. She has also been responsible for programming for summer groups at COTI.
Brittany Brownfield, MOT, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist

Brittany is a graduate of Findlay University's Masters of Occupational Therapy program.  She joined the staff of COTI in 2011 and is providing services in school and clinic based practice areas.

Gail Button, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist
Gail received her BS in OT from the University of Southern California. She has spent much of her career working in pediatrics in a variety of settings including hospitals, schools and homes. She has practiced in California, Colorado, Missouri and now in Ohio. Gail is certified to administer the SIPT. She has worked for COTI in school-based practice since 2006.
Linda Campbell, MS, OTR/L - Supervisor, School-based Therapists
Linda received her BS from Augustana College in Illinois and her MS in OT from Washington University in St Louis, MO.  She has concentrated her practice on pediatrics and has worked in a variety of settings including school based programs, private clinic and home health. She is certified in Sensory Integration.  Linda joined the staff as a supervisor at COTI in 2008.
Krista Carroll, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist
Krista graduated from Xavier University's OT program and has been practicing in the Cincinnati area ever since working in pediatrics in a variety of settings as well as adults in acute care. She enjoys working in school-based practice and has been with COTI since 2007 working in schools on a part time basis.

Anna Davis, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist                                        Anna received her BS in Occupational Therapy from The Ohio State University.  She also has a BA in Psychology from Asbury College in Kentucky.  She has been working in pediatrics in school, hospital and home settings throughout her career as an OT.  Anna works part time for COTI in schools.

Carolyn Dehner, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist
Carolyn graduated with a BS in Occupational Therapy from Indiana University and has been a member of the staff of COTI since 1988. She has been working with infants and children for over 30 years. Carolyn is certified to administer the SIPT and trained in therapeutic listening. She works in our Blue Ash clinic.
Michael Dixon - Manager of Finance
Michael has a Bachelors of Liberal Arts from Boston University. He has worked in health care management in academic medical centers and physician practices for the majority of his career in both Boston and Cincinnati.  He joined COTI in 2008.  Michael also serves as Secretary and Treasurer of Cincinnati Occupational Therapy Foundation.
Joan Dostal, OTR/L - Pediatric Clinical Specialist
Joan received a B.S. in OT from the University of Wisconsin. She has been a practicing OT for 30 years, much of that time focused on clinic and school based pediatric services with a specialization in sensory integration. Joan is a founder and former owner of COTI. In addition to sharing her expertise with COTI staff she lectures extensively on sensory integration and related topics.
Jennifer Durie O'Brien, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist
Jen received a BS in OT from Xavier University. After beginning her career as an OT working in settings with adults, Jen switched gears and focused on providing services in school and clinic settings.  Jen is certified in Sensory Integration and currently works for COTI in the schools.
Eletta Fleming, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist
Eletta attended Stellenbosch University in South Africa where she received a BS in OT. In addition, Eletta is certified to administer the Sensory Integration and Praxis Tests. She has been working in a variety of areas with COTI since joining us in 2001. Currently she works in pediatrics at an infant mental health agency and in our Blue Ash clinic.  Eletta is currently serving as our clinical education coordinator.

Jill Frank, OTR/L - Lead Therapist                                             

Jill earned her B.S. in OT from Eastern Michigan University. For over 25 years, Jill has been providing therapy services for adults and children across a variety of treatment settings. Jill's special interests include ADD/ADHD. She has experience parenting two children with learning issues. Jill shares her wealth of knowledge on school-based OT as a supervisor for COTI.

Karen French, MEd, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist
Karen received a B.S. in Occupational Therapy from Western Michigan University and continued her studies receiving a MEd in early childhood special education from the University of Texas.  She has worked in both school and clinic settings throughout her career.  Karen is certified in Sensory Integration.  She joined COTI in 2011 and currently is practicing in schools.
Stacia Galey, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist
Stacia received a B.S. in Occupational Therapy from Xavier University in 2002. She began at COTI as a student and joined our staff after graduating. Stacia has worked in the schools and pediatric clinic while at COTI. Currently she is working part time focusing her energies on the clinic at our Blue Ash office. Stacia is certified in Sensory Integration and trained in Therapeutic Listening.
Sara Gurney, MS, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist
Sara has a BS in Occupational Therapy from Indiana University School of Medicine and went on to earn her MS also in Occupaitonal Therapy from the University of Indianapolis. Sara has worked in public and private school settings providing occupational therapy to students with a wide variety of needs.  She is certified in Sensory Integration.  Sara joined the staff of COTI in 2011 and works in school based practice.

Melanie Hartong, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist                 

Melanie graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a BS in Occupational Therapy.  She has worked as an independent provider of OT services in early intervention and with school aged children.  She has joined COTI in 2010 after relocating to the Cincinnati area and is working in the Anderson clinic.

Mary Hils, COTA/L - Occupational Therapy Assistant
Mary graduated from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College as an OT Assistant. She has worked in a variety of settings and has been with COTI in various capacities since 2002. Currently she works for COTI full time in the schools, private clinic and adult centers.
Mary Jo Houston, Office Staff
Mary Jo has worked as a secretary for over 10 years. She has worked full time for COTI in the front office since 2000 taking on a variety of responsibilities. She is the receptionist for the private clinic at Blue Ash and coordinates all adult services.
Rachel Jordan, MOT, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist
Rachel is a graduate of Xavier University where she obtained a Master's degree in occupational therapy.  She studied briefly with Lucy Jane Miller at the STAR Center in Colorado before joining the staff of COTI in 2008.  Rachel works in both clinic and school settings.  Rachel is certified in Sensory Integration and trained in Therapeutic Listening.

Jackie Kirkpatrick, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist
Jackie received a BS in OT and a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education at Queen's University in Canada. She has worked with adults and children in a variety of settings throughout her career. Jackie originally worked for COTI in 1997 for several years before moving out of state.  She  returned to Cincinnati and COTI in 2008 and now works part time in our Blue Ash clinic.

Elena Krikorian, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist
Elena graduated from Worcester State College in Massachusetts with a BS in OT. In addition she has a BS in Business Management from Bentley College.  Elena has worked in acute care settings with adutls and newborns. She joined the staff of COTI in 2007 and is providing OT in school-based settings.

Samantha Laichas, MOT, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist

Sam is a graduate of Xavier University's Masters of Occupational Therapy program. She has her undergraduate degree inHearing, Speech, and Language Sciences from Ohio University.  Sam joined the staff of COTI in 2011.  She is currently working full time for COTI in school-based practice.  Sam is the director of Camp OdakOTa, a day camp geared toward children who have sensory needs.

Joan May, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist
Joan attended The Ohio State University graduating with a BS in Occupational Therapy.  She has worked for many years in the public schools and works in COTI's pediatric clinic during after-school hours. Joan first began with COTI in 1993.  She is certified to administer the SIPT.
Elizabeth Mayer, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist
Liz received a BS in occupational therapy from Xavier University and has been working with COTI since graduating in 2004. Liz works for COTI in public school programs as well as in the pediatric clinic in Blue Ash. She has also been the lead therapist in a variety of COTI's Summer Groups. Liz is trained in Therapeutic Listening and certified in Sensory Integration.

Megan Platz, MS, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist                                  

Megan received her graduate degree in occupational therapy from Western Michigan University. She has worked with children throughout her career within privsate clinics and a specialized school setting.  Megan is knowlegable in the specialty area of assistive technology.  She joined the staff of COTI in 2011 and is currently working in both school and clinic settings.  Megan is trained in Therapeutic Listening.

Courtney Ruble, MS, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist
Courtney is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a BS in occupational science and a MS in occupational therapy.  While at EKU, she minored in dance.  Courtney joined the staff of COTI in 2008 full time and works both in school based and clinic settings.  She is at both the Anderson and Blue Ash locations and has developed some summer groups that incorporate her love of dance.  Courtney is trained in Therapeutic Listening.
Leigh Saulnier, MS, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist
Leigh has a BS and MS from Thomas Jefferson University; both are in occupational therapy. Leigh joined COTI's staff in 2006 and is currently working in the pediatric clinic. She is certified to administer the Sensory Integration and Praxis Tests, is trained in Therapeutic Listening and also has a specialty certification in early intervention.
Jeremy Schulz, COTA/L - Occupational Therapy Assistant
Jeremy joined the staff of COTI in 2006 after graduating from Wilbur Wright College - City College of Chicago from the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.  Jeremy also has a BFA in Painting.  He currently works full time for COTI in school-based practice and in the Blue Ash clinic.  He has also helped to lead some of COTI's summer groups.  Jeremy incorporates his artistic creativity into everything he does.
Lisa Skowronski, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist
Lisa graduated from Florida International University with a BS in OT. She has been at COTI since 1991 working as a generalist in all areas of OT. She provides services in schools, homes, sheltered workshops, group homes, and skilled nursing facilities. Lisa's special interests are also widely varied; they include traumatic brain injury, mental retardation and home-based services.
Heather Theders, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist
Heather earned her BS in OT from Eastern Kentucky University. She has been part of COTI since 1998 working with children in the Blue Ash clinic, as well as school and preschool settings. Heather is trained in Therapeutic Listening and is certified to administer the Sensory Integration and Praxis Tests.
Deborah Whitcomb, MBA, MS, OTR/L - President
Deb has a BS in OT from Quinnipiac University and an advanced MS in OT as well as an MBA from Boston University. Over the course of her 30 year career she has worked in a wide variety of settings both as a clinician and an administrator. She has been at COTI since moving to Cincinnati in 2001.  She serves as the President of Cincinnati Occupational Therapy Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation and the Co-Chair of the Cincinnati district of the OOTA.
Cathy Witte, MS, OTR/L - Occupational Therapist
Cathy is a graduate from Xavier University with a BLA and MEd. She has a post-baccalaureate in occupational therapy also from Xavier University. Cathy has been with COTI since 2005 working in pediatrics both in the clinic and schools. She is trained in Therapeutic Listening and has studied Myofascial Release.
